Утвержден Национальный план действий по реализации Соглашения об ассоциации РМ-ЕС на 2017-2019 гг

Правительство утвердило Национальный план действий по реализации Соглашения об ассоциации Молдова-Евросоюз на 2017-2019 гг. В документе изложены основные меры, которые власти должны предпринять для выполнения взятых на себя обязательств перед европейскими институтами, в том числе, касающихся приведения национального законодательства в соответствии с правовой базой ЕС. Отметив важность этого плана, премьер Павел Филип подчеркнул, что это карта приоритетов кабмина на ближайшие три года, а его реализация обеспечит продвижение Молдовы по европейскому пути, который был выбран в качестве стратегического направления развития страны. Согласно решению кабмина, Центр по гармонизации законодательства Минюста назначен ответственным за выполнение мер по переложению законодательства ЕС, министерство иностранных дел и евроинтеграции остается главным координатором внедрения соглашения, а минэкономики - ответственным за выполнение положений по упрощению процедур торговли. В то же время, был скорректирован механизм отчетности по осуществлению мер, предусмотренных в плане. Отчетность будет осуществляться в электронном виде посредством он-лайн платформы www.monitorizare.gov.md. Расходы на выполнение плана будут покрываться за счет госбюджета и помощи, предоставленной партнерами по развитию, в частности, Евросоюзом. Соглашение об ассоциации между Молдовой и Евросоюзом было подписано 27 июня 2014 г. и вступило в силу 1 июля 2016 г.
