В июле цены на квартиры в Кишиневе снизились

Цены на квартиры в столице снизились в июле текущего года на 4,3% по сравнению с июлем прошлого года – до 534 евро за 1 кв.м. В то же время, средняя рыночная цена на квартиры снизилась на 4 евро по сравнению с июнем этого года. По данным биржи недвижимости Lara, 1 кв.м. в 1-комнатных квартирах на Ботанике стоил 544-655 евро; на Буюканах – 611-641 евро; в Центре – 636-748 евро; на Чеканах – 600-612 евро; на Рышкановке – 605-644 евро. Двухкомнатные квартиры на Ботанике продавались по 508-604 евро за кв. м.; на Буюканах - 600-610 евро; в Центре - 618-675 евро; на Чеканах - 558-602 евро; на Рышкановке – 584-633 евро. Стоимость 1 кв. м. в 3-комнатных квартирах в июле на Ботанике составляла 461-543 евро; на Буюканах - 512-527 евро; в Центре - 531-583 евро; на Чеканах - 492-558 евро; на Рышкановке - 521-547 евро. Квадратный метр в 4-комнатных квартирах стоил в июле 417-488 евро за 1 кв. м. на Ботанике; 476-488 евро - на Буюканах; 473-521 евро - в Центре; 442-493 евро - на Чеканах; 488-507 евро - на Рышкановке. Стоит отметить, что средняя рыночная стоимость квартир в Кишиневе в 2015 г. составила 559 евро за 1 кв.м. С начала 2016 г. стоимость 1 кв.м. снизилась с 545 евро до 534 евро за 1 кв.м. (-2%).
