В июне AGEPI выдало 107 свидетельств о регистрации товарных знаков

Из общего количества выданных свидетельств, 71% получены национальными заявителями. Как сообщили в Госагентстве по интеллектуальной собственности (AGEPI), иностранным заявителям выдано 31 свидетельство (29%). Всего в июне 2016 г. в агентство поступило 305 заявок о регистрации товарных знаков, 34% из которых – от национальных заявителей. Согласно действующим тарифам, оформление заявки на регистрацию товарного знака по национальной процедуре стоит 300 леев. Всего в 1993-2015 гг. в Молдове было зарегистрировано 27,88 тыс. товарных знаков из 114,5 тыс. поданных заявок на регистрацию.
