В Молдове проходит третий раунд приватизации

Агентство публичной собственности объявило об организации очередного раунда приватизации госсобственности с 27 октября по 15 декабря. На продажу выставлены активы государства в 61-м акционерном обществе. В частности, на аукцион «с молотка» на продажу выставлено 29 объектов. Так, едиными имущественными комплексами продаются девять предприятий (самые дорогие лоты - сельскохозяйственная фирма «Теплицы Молдовы» (6 млн леев), детский оздоровительный лагерь «Автодорожник» (4,8 млн леев), издательско-полиграфическое предприятие «Știința» (около 4,7 млн леев); отдельно предлагаются 19 комплексов недвижимого имущества (от 18,7 тыс. леев за недвижимость в селе Деренеу Кэлэрашского района до 7,2 млн леев – за турбазу «Молдова» на Украине), а также здание недостроенного клуба в одном из населенных пунктов Оргеевского района. Аукцион «с молотка» состоится 22 ноября, заявки на участие принимаются до 21 ноября. На коммерческий конкурс едиными имущественными комплексами выставлены 12 госпредприятий. Практически все они уже предлагались ранее к продаже, на этот раз стоимость активов несколько снижена. Самые крупные лоты – Кишиневский стекольный завод (175 млн леев) и Кишиневский полиграфкомбинат (130 млн леев). Крайний срок подачи заявок на участие в коммерческом конкурсе – 1 декабря. Впервые Агентство публичной собственности выставило на приватизацию госпредприятие по транспортировке газа «Vestmoldtransgaz», обслуживающее газопровод Яссы-Унгены: его предложено продать в рамках инвестиционного конкурса, начальная стоимость предприятия составляет 180 млн леев. Покупателя обяжут инвестировать в газопровод еще 93 млн евро в течение следующих двух лет. В рамках инвестиционного конкурса также вновь планируется продать кинотеатры в Фалештах и Леова (их начальная цена тоже несколько снижена - до 545,8 тыс. леев и, соответственно, 260 тыс. леев) при условии, что инвестор вложит не менее 1 млн и, соответственно, 0,8 млн леев в эти объекты в последующие три года. Заявки на участие в инвестконкурсе принимаются до 1 декабря (для потенциальных покупателей «Vestmoldtransgaz» срок приема заявок дольше – до 15 декабря). С 27 октября по 1 декабря на Фондовой бирже Молдовы состоится аукцион по продаже акций государства в 17-ти акционерных обществах. Доля государства в них – от 0,072% («Basarabia Nord») до 100% («Barza Albă», «Comert-Petrol»). Стоит отметить, что в 2017 году Агентство публичной собственности уже организовало два раунда приватизации. На конец I полугодия 2017 года доходы от приватизации превысили 120 млн леев.
