В Молдове размер пенсии будет зависеть от социальных выплат и полученных в прошлом доходов

Министерство труда, социальной защиты и семьи сообщило об основных мерах, предусмотренных концепцией реформирования пенсионной системы, конечной целью которой является создание справедливой, устойчивой и прозрачной пенсионной системы. По словам главы ведомства Стеллы Григораш, предлагаемые меры направлены на создание финансово-устойчивой пенсионной системы. Мы разрабатываем политики, которые направлены на увеличение количества налогоплательщиков и стимулирование людей как можно дольше оставаться на рынке труда, а также перерасчета пенсий лицам, которые продолжают трудовую деятельность после выхода на пенсию. Все работники, в том числе, из силовых структур (МВД, СИБ, НАЦ и пр.), будут обязаны участвовать в системе социального страхования, - отметила министр. Так, предлагается сократить неравенство в системе за счет унификации порядка расчета пенсий социального страхования для некоторых категорий граждан (депутатов, членов правительства, госслужащих и др.) и исключения «особого стажа» из государственной системы социального страхования. Будет изменена и формула расчета пенсии с целью обеспечения взаимосвязи между размером пенсии и осуществленными социальными выплатами. Получателям пенсии по возрасту и инвалидности будет предоставляться базовая пенсия. Планируется, что, для обеспечения прозрачности расчета пенсии, будет разработан онлайн-калькулятор, что позволит снизить бюрократию в системе и предоставит гражданам возможность самостоятельно рассчитывать размер своей пенсии. В ведомстве отмечают, что планируется расширение полномочий Национальной кассы социального страхования - она будет заниматься также расчетом пенсий силовых структур, в результате, она станет единственным госучреждением с функцией по установлению всех типов пенсий.
