В Молдове запретят рекламу лекарств от хронических заболеваний

В нашей стране запретят рекламу медицинских препаратов для лечения хронических заболеваний и инфекций, передающихся половым путём. Это предусматривает новый законопроект, разработанный министерством здравоохранения. Разрешат лишь рекламу лекарств, которые отпускают без рецепта. Согласно документу, запретят продвигать антибиотики, противовирусные лекарства и препараты для борьбы со СПИДом, туберкулезом, раком, хронической бессонницей, заболеваниями сердца, а также медикаменты для лечения нарушения обмена веществ. Проект предусматривает, чтобы реклама медикамента соответствовала информации в инструкции. Информация о препарате должна быть предельно ясной и не вводить в заблуждение. Она не должна преувеличивать свойства медикамента. И в ней не должно быть ни единого намёка на то, что после применения препарата пациент выздоровеет, - сказала глава Управления лекарств при минздраве Мария Лэптяну. Специалисты считают, что зачастую агентства пытаются посредством рекламы на радио и телевидении, манипулировать пациентами. К сожалению, в нашей стране, реклама в основном направлена на то, чтобы вызвать эмоции у людей, сыграть на их чувствах. Она не передаёт информацию. Мы ничего не узнаём о составе медицинского препарата, а верим лишь тому, что видим по телевизору, - отметила глава ассоциации PR-специалистов Валентина Балан. Согласно законопроекту, рекламные ролики будут хранить в течение трёх лет после первого выхода в эфир. За это время Агентство по лекарствам и медицинским изделиям проверит их на предмет того, содержится ли в них точная информация о свойствах медицинского препарата. Агентства, нарушившие закон, привлекут к административной и уголовной отвественности. Исследование, проведённое Magenta Consulting показывает, что половина населения Молдовы занимается самолечением.
