В Приднестровье отменят обязательную регистрацию в таможенных органах контрактов ВЭД

Обязательная регистрация в таможенных органах контрактов внешнеэкономической деятельности будет отменена в Приднестровье с 1 января 2017 года. Соответствующую поправку в Таможенный кодекс принял Верховный совет региона. Ранее представители таможенных органов Приднестровья отмечали, что регистрация контрактов ВЭД была введена в целях исключения риска неправильного оформления приднестровскими экономически субъектами контрактов с зарубежными партнерами, а также повышения скорости декларирования на таможенных постах вывозимых и ввозимых в регион товаров. Таможенные инспекторы работали быстрее, так как благодаря регистрации контрактов часть данных у них уже была на момент поступления груза. Однако, как указывается в пояснительной записке к законопроекту, освобождение предпринимателей от обязательной процедуры регистрации контракта должно сократить их временные потери на этапе самой регистрации контракта. Это, по мнению авторов, должно способствовать увеличению эффективности ведения внешнеэкономической деятельности приднестровскими бизнесменами.
