В Кишиневе открылся Центр управления карьерой

Национальное агентство занятости населения открыло сегодня Центр управления карьерой в мун. Кишинев. Проект финансируется Австрийским агентством по развитию, информирует Молдпрес. Бенефициары центра – учащиеся, молодежь и лица, находящиеся в поисках работы, с целью изучения возможностей на рынке труда, разнообразия профессий и ремесел, оценки собственных способностей и профессиональных навыков, а также профориентации для успешной социально-экономической интеграции. Министр труда, социальной защиты и семьи Стела Григораш заявил в рамках мероприятия, что открытие подобного центра позволит молодым людям легче интегрироваться среди граждан со стабильной работой. В настоящее время министерство разрабатывает новую стратегию занятости, а также новый закон, которые будут способствовать предотвращению безработицы в целом и в частности среди молодежи. Подобными политиками власти намерены поддержать и интегрировать молодое поколение на отечественный рынок труда. Открытие этого центра поможет бороться с безработицей, а также активно готовить молодежь и другие социально-уязвимые категории граждан к работе, - отметила Григораш. В свою очередь генеральный директор по сотрудничеству Федерального министерства по вопросам Европы, интеграции и иностранных дел Австрии, посол Петер Лонски-Тиффенталь отметил, что надлежащее образование и ориентация молодежи по окончании образования должны быть приоритетом для властей. «Надеемся, что этот центр сможет правильно ориентировать молодых людей и они все найдут работу и будут содействовать процветанию Республики Молдова. Австрия и в дальнейшем будет поддерживать проекты, в особенности касающиеся молодежи и их интеграции в общество», - сказал посол Петер Лонски-Тиффенталь. Открытие Центра управления карьерой в мун. Кишинев является частью Проекта «Реконцептуализация профессиональной ориентации и консалтинга в карьере», финансируемого Австрийским агентством по развитию. Впоследствии предстоит открыть еще три региональных центра в качестве подразделений агентств занятости населения мун. Кишинев, Кагульского и Сорокского районов, где будут бесплатно предоставляться услуги по профориентации и проектированию карьеры в регионе.
