В Молдове скорректируют бюджет из-за расходов на проведение выборов

Проект государственного бюджета на 2016 год будет рассмотрен правительством после того, как в него внесут изменения, связанные с расходами на организацию прямых выборов президента. Об этом заявил в четверг журналистам глава кабинета министров Павел Филип. В повестку правительства еще не внесен проект закона о госбюджете. Мы должны провести соответствующие обсуждения, в том числе и о внесении расходов на организацию выборов президента. Пока у нас нет какого-либо постановления парламента. В ближайшие дни мы обсудим этот вопрос, — сказал Филип. Исполняющий обязанности председателя Центральной избирательной комиссии Юрий Чокан заявил в четверг РИА Новости, что на организацию прямых выборов главы государства потребуется та же сумма, что и на парламентские выборы, которые прошли в республике в 2014 году. Ничего не поменяется. Бюллетень один и тот же, города, избиратели те же, поэтому ничего не изменится — сказал Чокан. На проведение парламентских выборов в 2014 году было выделено 52 миллиона леев (около 26 миллионов долларов по курсу на тот момент – ред.). Согласно отчету Счетной палаты, не вся эта сумма была потрачена. Так, на организацию и проведение выборов в целом ушло около 35 миллионов леев, а еще порядка 7 миллионов — на организацию избирательных участков за границей. Оставшаяся часть была возвращена в государственный бюджет . Конституционный суд аннулировал 4 марта изменение Основного закона республики от 5 июля 2000 года. Были объявлены недействительными все внесенные тогда парламентом поправки, которые касались перехода к выборам президента в парламенте голосами трех пятых депутатов. Таким образом, КС оставил в силе первоначальный механизм выборов главы государства — путем всеобщего, равного, тайного прямого всенародного голосования.
