В Молдове ужесточат контроль за производством алкоголя

В Молдове будет ужесточен контроль за производством алкогольной продукции. Это предусматривает одобренный правительством Регламент об организации и функционировании Государственной инспекции по надзору за алкогольной продукцией, ее структуры и предельной численности. Документ регламентирует основные задачи и обязанности, главные полномочия и общие права Инспектората, передает Noi.md. Предусмотрено, что основной задачей ведомства будет надзор за технологиями производства этилового спирта, алкогольной продукции, виноградарско-винодельческой продукции и пива. Находясь в подчинении Министерства сельского хозяйства и пищевой промышленности, Инспекция будет контролировать путем осуществления запланированных и внезапных проверок соблюдение производителем алкогольных напитков норм производства, хранения, этикетирования, маркировки и оптовой торговли спиртной, винодельческой продукции и пива. В обязанности Инспекции будет входит и надзор за производством вин с географическими указаниями и наименованиями места происхождения товара. Принятый Регламент призван улучшить процесс контроля экономических агентов, производящих алкоголь, а также применять в Молдове новые практики, соответствующие европейским нормам.
