В Приднестровье обеспокоены спадом деловой активности из-за закрытия рынка ЕС

С 1 января 2016 года режим автономных торговых преференций для приднестровских предприятий, скорее всего, прекратит свое действие. Это приведет к падению деловой активности местных компаний, считает и.о. министра экономического развития непризнанной ПМР Инна Линник. Этот факт может привести к усилению риска потери части европейского рынка ввиду возникающей необходимости оплаты таможенных пошлин при экспорте товаров в ЕС и, как следствие, потере конкурентоспособности наших товаров, - подчеркнула Линник. Она отметила, что экономика региона уже испытывает трудности в связи с высокой энергоемкостью производств и технологическим отставанием, а также диспропорцией между предоставляемыми льготами по энергоносителям, достигнутыми результатами и инвестициями в производство для его модернизации. Также и.о. министра экономического развития отметила неэффективность большей части налоговых льгот: В 2014 году сумма льгот по трем основным налогам составила 1,4 млрд руб., а в налоговом законодательстве установлено более 300 видов льгот, что является беспрецедентным примером государственной поддержки как предприятий, так и граждан, - подчеркнула Инна Линник. По данным Минэкономразвития непризнанной ПМР, в 2015 году ВВП региона снизится на 3,8% по сравнению с 2014 годом. До конца текущего года ожидается сокращение объема промышленного производства на 12,4% по сравнению с прошлым годом.
