В Приднестровье разработан механизм взимания платежей с офшорных операций

Председатель приднестровского правительства Татьяна Туранская провела оперативное совещание с участием заместителей. На встрече обсуждалась реализация распоряжения Президента ПМР о подготовке нормативно-правовых актов Правительства о взимании платежей с офшорных операций. На текущий момент механизм уже разработан, и началась процедура межведомственного согласования документов, которая должна завершиться в ближайшие дни. Об этом проинформировала первый заместитель председателя правительства Майя Парнас. Получаемые в процессе работы механизма средства будут направляться в Социальный стабилизационный фонд региона и иметь строго целевое назначение. Из этих сумм будет осуществляться финансирование заработных плат и пенсий, а также таких социально защищенных статей, как медикаменты, питание, содержание детских домов и интернатов. Первый зампред также сообщила, что с 1 октября в соответствии с распоряжением президента ПМР началась выплата заработных плат и пенсий в объеме 80% от начисленных сумм в рамках утвержденного графика. Это стало возможным при условии приостановки финансирования прочих социально защищенных статей. Возобновится финансирование выплат по этим направлениям расходов бюджета после запуска механизма по взиманию платежей со сделок с оффшорными компаниями. На Правительство возложена огромная ответственность в непростых условиях стабилизировать социально-экономическую ситуацию и защитить интересы наших граждан вопреки всем препятствиям, — отметила Татьяна Туранская.
