В Приднестровье вновь разрешили ввозить машины возрастом 15 лет

Власти Приднестровья вновь увеличили предельный "возраст" транспортных средств, разрешенных к ввозу в регион, с 10 до 15 лет. Местное законодательство предусматривало запрет на ввоз автомобилей старше 10 лет еще в 2011 г. Однако, с тех пор данный срок каждый год откладывался Верховным советом. Сделано это было и в начале 2015 г., мотивируя тем, что из-за низкого уровня жизни и падения потребительской способности у приднестровцев нет возможности завозить более новые, а значит, и более дорогие машины. В своем выступлении Евгений Шевчук мотивировал ограничние "возраста" до 10 лет, тем, что ввоз старых автомобилей вредит экологии, способствует снижению безопасности на дорогах, к тому же их негде утилизировать после износа. Новый состав парламента, избранный в конце 2015 г., вернулся к этой теме в начале нынешнего года и вновь разрешил ввоз машин, произведенных начиная с 2002 г. При этом, ограничение по году выпуска транспортных средств не распространяется на случаи ввоза коллекционных моделей, представляющих историческую, художественную ценность, а также при ввозе транспортных средств физическими лицами, в связи с переездом в Приднестровье на постоянное место жительство.
