Va fi implemetat Serviciul e-Cerere Îndemnizaţiilor Famliilor cu Copii

Ministerul Muncii Protecţiei Sociale şi Familie a propus în şedinţa Guvernului un proiect de hotărâre ce va oferi oportunitatea de a solicita îndemnizaţiile adresate familiilor cu copii prin serviciul e-Cerere Îndemnizaţii Familiilor cu Copii. Conform proiectului, implementarea serviciului menţionat va determina facilitarea accesibilităţii la serviciu pentru client, reducerea sarcinii administrative pentru Casa Naţională de Asigurări Sociale şi optimizarea timpului de solicitarea a îndemnizaţiilor adresate familiilor cu copii. Totodată, proiectul va permite obţinerea informaţiei mai rapid şi mai eficient, precum şi diminuarea costurilor suportate de client. Astfel, solicitanţii care vor alege modul de depunere a cererii electronic nu se vor mai deplasa la casa teritorială, iar necesitatea colectării actelor necesare solicitării îndemnizaţiei pentru copii va dispărea, deoarece informaţia privind datele solicitantului vor fi confirmate în baza informaţiei din Registrul de Stat al Populaţiei. Prezentul proiect a fost elaborat cu scopul creării serviciilor publice axate pe clienţi, prin diversificarea canalelor de acordare a serviciilor. Serviciul este disonibil pe portalul guvernamental unic al serviciilor publice şi pe pagina web a Casei Naţionale de Asigurări Sociale, a informat ministrul Muncii, Protecţiei Sociale şi Familiei, Stela Grigoraş.
