Важно: Государственная налоговая служба запускает единый Call Center 0-8000-1525

У Вас вопросы по налоговому законодательству? Вам нужна техническая поддержка Государственной Налоговой Службы? Желаете известить о случаях несоблюдения налогового законодательства? Желаете известить о конфликтных и коррупционных ситуациях со стороны налоговых служащих? Желаете проверить акцизные марки? Не колеблясь, обращайтесь в Единый колл-центр Государственной Налоговой Службы, доступный ежедневно, кроме субботы и воскресенья, с 8.00 до 17.00, с перерывом с 12:00 до 13.00. Звонок бесплатный из любой фиксированной или мобильной сети Молдовы. С сегодняшнего дня, 19 августа 2014 года, граждане и экономические агенты смогут получить широкий спектр информации из налоговой сферы, сообщить о случаях коррупции или других вопросах, связанных с налоговым администрированием, обратившись только по одному телефонному номеру. И это благодаря запуску Единого колл-центра Государственной Налоговой Службы. Государственная Налоговая Служба находится в процессе постоянной модернизации и определения лучших решений для предложения качественных и доступных услуг гражданам и экономическим агентам, как на уровне предоставления услуг, так и путем предоставления необходимой оперативной информации. Предоставление налогоплательщикам единой бесплатной телефонной линии способствует продвижения телефонного номера в качестве универсального номера Государственной Налоговой Службы. Для получения консультации лицам, обратившимся в колл-центр, предлагается следующее меню: Кнопка 1- Консультации в области налогового законодательства Состоит из следующих разделов:
  1. Информация о подоходном налоге;
  2. Информация о налоге на добавленную стоимость и акцизам;
  3. Информация о местных налогах и сборах и предпринимательском патенте;
  4. Другие вопросы.
Кнопка 2- Техническая поддержка Кнопка 3- Оповещение о случаях несоблюдения налогового законодательства Кнопка 4- Оповещение о конфликтных и коррупционных ситуациях со стороны налоговых служащих Кнопка 5- проверка акцизных марок Внедрение этого важнейшего инструмента налаживания коммуникации с гражданами осуществлено в рамках Стратегии коммуникации Государственной Налоговой Службы на 2014-2015 годы.
