Venituri la buget din privatizare

Pachetul de acţiuni ce aparținea statului în SA “Glass Container Company” (31,415%) a fost vândut la Bursa de Valori mobiliare contra 28,92 mil. lei. Acestea sunt rezultatele celei de-a doua zi de licitaţii de la Bursa de valori, organizate în cadrul rundei de primăvară de privatizare. Astfel, 158 081 de acţiuni ale Glass Container Company au fost vândute la preţul iniţial de 183 lei pentru o unitate, în timp ce preţul nominal este de 484 lei acţiunea. Suma totală a tranzacţiei a fost de 28,92 mil. lei. Potrivit datelor Agenţiei proprietate publică, capitalul social al SA Glass Container Company este de 243,5 mil. lei. Mari pachete de acţiuni ale societăţii sunt deţinute de Western NIS Enterprise Fund – 39,746% şi Moldova-Agroindbank – 17,432%. Întreprinderea mixtă Glass Container Company a fost creată în 1997, în cadrul proiectului BERD de promovare a vinurilor moldoveneşti la export. Scopul proiectului a fost producerea şi livrarea fabricilor de vin a sticlelor de calitate. Glass Container Company este specializată pe producerea sticlelor pentru vinuri ordinare, spumante, divinuri şi bere. Capacitatea de producer a uzinei este de 114 mil. de sticle pe an. În prezent, peste 60 la sută din producţia întreprinderii este exportată în 20 de ţări. În jur de 90% din export este efectuată în ţările UE. La întreprindere sunt angajaţi 324 de persoane, iar salariul mediu este de 10380 lei. Compania este amplasată în Chişinău şi ocupă o suprafaţă de 38,56 mii m.p., iar suprafaţa terenurilor aferente este de 1,5 ha. Potrivit informaţiei Agenţiei proprietăţii publice, profitul net al Glass Container Company a fost în 2015 de 26,86 mil. lei (în 2014 – 26,88 mil. lei). Veniturile din vânzări au fost de 678,8 mil. lei (+7,5% faţă de 2014). Capitalul social al întreprinderii este 351,47 mil. lei,costul mijloacelor circulante – 279,87 mil. lei. La sfârşitul anului 2015, întreprinderea nu avea datorii faţă de buget, iar mărimea datoriilor pe termen scurt şi mediu era de 143,3 mil. lei. Este de menţionat că Glass Container Company este din 2012 singurul fondator al întreprinderii Glass Container Company-SP din Bucureşti (România).
