Veniturile bugetului de stat s-au majorat cu 4,7 mld. lei

La începutul lunii noiembrie, veniturile bugetului de stat al Moldovei s-au majorat cu 4,684 mld. lei (20,8%) comparativ cu perioada similară a anului 2016 şi au constituit 27,187 mld. lei ($1,553 mld.). Conform datelor oferite de Ministerului Finanţelor, acest lucru este determinat de faptul că veniturile principale s-au majorat cu 4,682 mld. lei (21%), până la 26,995 mld. lei. În acelaşi timp, încasările din proiectele finanțate din surse externe s-au majorat cu 1,5% (2,8 mil. lei), până la 192,2 mil. lei. Mai mult de jumătate din venituri au fost asigurate de Serviciul Vamal – 16,575 mld. lei (+17,5%). Veniturile administrate de Serviciul Fiscal de Stat s-au majorat cu 24,9%, până la 11,632 mld. lei. În structura veniturilor, un rol important îl deţine TVA – 13,954 mld. lei (+17,3%), impozitul pe venit – 4,376 mld. lei (+20,8%) şi accizele – 4,775 mld. lei (+32%). În același timp, în ianuarie-octombrie, Ministerul Finanţelor a restituit agenților economici peste 2,123 mld. lei pentru accize și TVA. Cheltuielile bugetului au crescut într-un an cu 9,8% sau 2,441 mld. lei şi la începutul lunii noiembrie au atins cifra de 27,333 mld. lei ($1,561 mld.). Cele mai mari cheltuieli au fost efectuate pentru învățământ – 6,869 mld. lei şi protecția socială – 5,631 mld. lei. Deficitul bugetului de stat a constituit 146,7 mil. lei ($8,3 mil.) comparativ cu 2,39 mld. lei în anul trecut. Acesta a fost acoperit din surse interne şi externe. Soldurile mijloacelor bănești în conturile bugetului de stat, comparativ cu începutul anului, s-au majorat cu 2,169 mld. lei şi la sfârşitul lunii octombrie au constituit 5,465 mld. lei, dintre care 782,6 mil. lei – la proiecte finanțate din surse externe.
