Верховный совет Приднестровья отклонил пакет антикризисных мер

Депутаты Верховного совета Приднестровья большинством голосов отклонили проект закона «О некоторых дополнительных государственных мерах, направленных на минимизацию негативного воздействия экономических факторов», который предложил лидер региона Евгений Шевчук. Инициатива включает в себя комплекс антикризисных мер, среди которых финансовая и строительная амнистии, налоговые преференции и тарифные послабления, антиофшорные мероприятия, а также возможность введения внешнего управления на кризисных предприятиях, массово увольняющих своих сотрудников. По словам первого вице-председателя правительства республики Майи Парнас, при разработке законопроекта правительство исходило из того, что бюджет на 2015 год был принят с необеспеченным дефицитом в 500 млн приднестровских рублей (около $45 млн). Она также отметила, что к настоящему времени бюджетный дефицит увеличивается на фоне выпадающих доходов и приближается к отметке в 900 млн приднестровских рублей (примерно $81 млн). Вопрос введения внешнего управления на кризисных предприятиях также вызвал вопросы у членов Верховного совета. Под кризисной ситуацией понимается невыплата заработной платы свыше 3 месяцев, сокращение рабочих мест на 20% и более, — пояснила Майя Парнас. — Данная норма (введение внешнего управления) не предполагает переход права собственности.
