VictoriaBank a ales astăzi un nou Consiliu de Administrație

VictoriaBank are un nou Consiliului de Administrație. Membrii acestuia au fost aleși azi, 23 octombrie, în cadrul Adunării Generale Extraordinare a acţionarilor și la care au fost prezenți acționarii și reprezentanții acestora, care dețin 92,33% din numărul de acțiuni cu drept de vot emise de bancă. Potrivit unui comunicat de presă al VictoriaBank, pe ordinea de zi au fost discutate două chestiuni, prima ce ține de încetarea înainte de termen a împuternicirilor componenței curente a Consiliului de Administrație și alegerea noii componențe a Consiliului. Astfel, la prima chestiune acționarii prezenți la Adunare au votat unanim pentru încetarea înainte de termen a împuternicirilor componenței curente a Consiliului de Administrație al BC “Victoriabank” S.A., iar la a doua chestiune, în conformitate cu prevederile legislației în vigoare și a Statutului Băncii, membrii Consiliului de Administrație al Băncii au fost aleși de Adunarea Generală Extraordinară a acționarilor prin vot cumulativ în următoarea componență:
  1. Igor Spoială
  2. Victor Țurcan
  3. Maria Vancikova
  4. Stepan Juravliov
  5. Alisa Aladinskaia
  6. Ionuț Octavian Pătrăhău
  7. Gavin N. Ryan
Noua componenţă a Consiliului de Administraţie îşi va exercita funcţiile după aprobarea membrilor de către BNM.
