Вина из Гагаузии будут розливать в Пскове

На базе производственных мощностей ЗАО «Пскопищепром» в Пскове планируется открыть линию по розливу гагаузского вина, передает Noi.md. Работу по открытию данной линии башкан Гагаузии Ирина Влах поручила провести начальнику Главного управления агропромышленного комплекса автономии Сергею Бабию. Глава автономии отметила, что заинтересованность в налаживании совместного производства была отмечена в рамках ее встречи с губернатором Псковской области Андреем Турчаком. Псковские аграрии также заинтересованы в закупке семян кукурузы из Гагаузии. Работу в этом направлении будут вести специалисты управления АПК автономии. Следует отметить, что в рамках недавнего рабочего визита в Псковскую область делегация Гагаузии во главе с башканом автономии Ириной Влах посетила производственные площади ЗАО «Псковпищепром», чтобы оценить возможности запуска производства гагаузских вин на псковском оборудовании. Данное предприятие, несмотря на остановку производства, располагает необходимыми помещениями и оборудованием для приемки, хранения, производства и розлива вино- и ликеро-водочной продукции. В сутки предприятие может принять более тысячи тонн сырья. Отдельное внимание члены гагаузкой делегации уделили итальянской линии по производству и розливу вина, которая была запущена на предприятии в 2007 г. В течение двух лет она успешно работала, производя до 6 тыс. бутылок вина в час. Из виноматериалов здесь можно производить не только сухие и полусухие, но и крепленные вина. Несмотря на консервацию, производственная линия находится в отличном состоянии и в любой момент готова к запуску.
