Vinul Moldovei, inclus în cartea vinurilor de top din regiune

Vinurile Moldovei alese de experții internaționali în cadrul unui concurs internațional au fost incluse în prima ediție a „Cărții Vinurilor din România și Republica Moldova”. Evenimentul s-a desfășurat în satul Cund din județul Mureș, România, unde juriul a degustat și apreciat aproximativ 250 de vinuri. Republica Moldova a prezentat 46 de vinuri, produse de 16 companii locale. Cele mai bune vinuri conform rezultatelor evaluării au fost incluse în ghidul „The Wine Book of Romania”, primul proiect care reunește vinurile din zonele vini-viticole ale celor două țări. Dumitru Munteanu, directorul Oficiului Național al Viei și Vinului, a declarat că vinurile noastre de calitate devin tot mai apreciate în întreaga lume, dar și în țările vecine. Proiectul a fost inițiat de Marinela Vasilica Ardelean, unul dintre cei mai cunoscuți și premiați specialiști în domeniul vinurilor, un veritabil ambasador al vinurilor românești peste hotare, profesor la Italian Chef Academy, care a participat, în calitate de jurat și de președinte de juriu, la mai multe concursuri naționale și internaționale de vinuri. În perioada aprilie — august am vizitat personal în jur de o sută de crame din România și Republica Moldova și am degustat aproape trei mii de vinuri. Avem vinuri excepționale și tocmai de aceea este important să le cunoaștem și să le promovăm, ceea ce va putea aduce beneficii imense industriei vinurilor din țările noastre, a declarat expertul. Volumul bilingv (român-englez) „The Wine Book of Romania” va fi lansat în martie 2016 și va reprezenta un instrument complex de cunoaștere și clasificare a vinurilor de top din România și Moldova.
