Владельцы магазинов Adidas и Reebok в Молдове задержаны за контрабанду

Генеральная прокуратура Молдовы обвиняет в контрабанде двух человек, которые работают директорами и являются основателями двух предприятий, управляющих сетью магазинов Adidas и Reebok в Молдове. Прокурор Виталие Бусуйок заявил на пресс-конференции в среду, что представителей этих магазинов, а также трех водителей, занимавшиеся транспортировкой спорттоваров, и четырех таможенников задержали 12 августа. Уголовное дело по этому факту было открыто 7 сентября 2011 года, сообщает Sputnik. Всего в деле фигурировали два директора фирм, 6 водителей и 4 таможенника. Один из водителей умер, а двое других сейчас находятся за границей, — подчеркнул Бусуйок. По данным следствия, преступная деятельность прослеживалась с 2008 по 2011 годы. За это время были объединены 13 уголовных дел. Обвиняемые приобретали товар у официального поставщика в Украине. Оттуда спорттовары ввозились на территорию Свободных экономических зон в Молдове и предназначались на реэкспорт. Однако когда автомобили прибывали на границу, товара там уже не было. Таможенники же ставили печать о прохождении контроля, — заявил Бусуйок. Всего, по данным следствия, таким образом были оформлены 33 таможенные декларации о фиктивном реэкспорте. Общая стоимость товара оценивается в 5,5 миллиона долларов. Ущерб, нанесенный госбюджету Молдовы, составляет 26 миллионов леев. В ходе 18 проведенных обысков найдены документы, подтверждающие осуществление противозаконной деятельности. Начальник управления уголовного преследования Таможенной службы Молдовы Вячеслав Ионесие заявил, что экономический агент, которому, якобы поставляли спорттовары из Молдовы, не вел никаких дел с этими молдавскими бизнесменами, а печати, проставленные на фиктивных документах – устаревшие. В настоящее время на девятерых задержанных открыто уголовное дело по статье 248 (частям b, c и d) УК РМ, по которой им грозит от 3 до 10 лет лишения свободы. Прокуроры требуют поместить всех подозреваемых под 30-дневный предварительный арест.
