Власти намерены изменить правила предоставления социального жилья

Количество соискателей на социальное жилье в Молдове может уменьшиться почти в три раза. Министерство регионального развития и строительства намерено сократить число категорий граждан, претендующих на социальное жилье, с 14 до пяти. Главным критерием на получение социального жилья станет ежемесячный доход: он не должен быть выше прожиточного минимума на каждого члена семьи. По данным Национального бюро статистики страны, в 2015 году самый высокий показатель был зафиксирован у жителей Кишинева и Бельц - 1933,2 лея. Право на получение социального жилья получат молодые семьи, дети-сироты, семьи, в которых одновременно родились трое и больше детей, а также лица с ограниченными возможностями, которые по причине тяжелой болезни не могут работать, граждане, ухаживающие за несовершеннолетними лицами с тяжелой степенью ограничения возможностей. Каждый из получателей социального жилья должен будет заключить договор и платить арендную плату. Наряду с платой за съем социального жилья, наниматель обязан вносить плату за питьевую воду и отвод сточных вод, за отопление, обеспечение электроэнергией, природным газом, за вывоз твердых и жидких бытовых отходов, за лифт и другие услуги, предоставляемые наймодателем или поставщиком коммунальных и не коммунальных услуг, в соответствии с предоставленными счетами, - говорится в проекте положения об учете, порядке предоставления и пользовании социального жилья. Норму квадратных метров на человека планируется увеличить с восьми до девяти. А дополнительная площадь в квартире или доме не должна превышать двенадцати метров. Ответственными за выдачу социального жилья, согласно проекту закона, будут назначены примэрии. В соответствии с данным, полученным Министерством регионального развития и строительства, в социальном жилье нуждаются порядка 25,8 тысячи граждан Молдовы.
