Вниманию налогоплательщиков: оплата налога на недвижимость онлайн

Первый срок оплаты налога на недвижимость истекает завтра, 15 августа. Поскольку 15 августа – это выходной день (суббота), то как уточняет Государственная налоговая служба, последний срок оплаты переносится на понедельник, 17 августа, включительно. Напомним, что те владельцы недвижимости, которые успели оплатить налог до 30 июня, получили скидку 15%. В то же время, для тех, кто пока не оплатил налог, есть несколько возможностей совершить оплату налога на недвижимость в кратчайшие сроки:
  • онлайн посредством servicii.fisc.md.
  • онлайн через систему MPay посредством банковских карт, через платежные терминалы, системы e-banking.
  • оплата через коммерческие банки и почтовые отделения
В том случае, если необходимая сумма не будет оплачена вовремя, то с 18 августа будет начисляться пеня. За каждый просроченный день на персональный счет налогоплательщика начисляется пеня в размере 0,02%. Если по каким-то причинам, налогоплательщик не получил квитанцию для оплаты, он может обратиться в управление налогов и местных сборов примэрии Кишинева (ул. 31 августа 1989, 63А), либо по электронному адресу impozite@pmc.md, или же по тел. (022) 990-997. Справка: налог на недвижимое имущество – местный налог, представляющий собой обязательный платеж в бюджет от стоимости недвижимого имущества. Налогом облагаются земельные участки, здания, сооружения, квартиры и другие изолированные помещения, перемещение которых невозможно без прямого ущерба их назначению. Субъектами налогообложения являются юридические и физические лица – резиденты и нерезиденты Республики Молдова.
