Volumul schimburilor comerciale cu Belarus a crescut cu 10%

Peste 120 de agenți economici din Republica Moldova și Republica Belarus au participat la Forumul de afaceri moldo-belarus, care s-a desfășurat la Minsk. Participanții la reuniune au fost salutați de către Prim-ministrul Pavel Filip și Vicepremierul Republicii Belarus, Mihail Rusîi. În discursul său, Pavel Filip a subliniat că Republica Belarus este printre principalii parteneri comerciali ai Republicii Moldova, poziționându-se pe locul nouă. Volumul schimburilor comerciale între țările noastre a sporit cu 10%, în perioada ianuarie-septembrie 2017, și urmează să ajungă la $200 mil., până la finele anului curent. În prezent, în Republica Moldova activează peste 80 de companii cu capital belarus. Pavel Filip a specificat că ţara noastră oferă o serie de avantaje pentru oamenii de afaceri, inclusiv posibilitatea de a exporta produse, atât în Vest, cât și în Est. Republica Moldova are semnate Acorduri de liber schimb cu Uniunea Europeană, țările CSI și CEFTA, cu Turcia, iar cel cu Republica Populară Chineză va fi semnat în curând. A fost menționată reducerea numărului actelor permisive de la peste 400 până la 149, care vor putea fi obținute prin intermediul Ghișeului unic. În același timp, a fost micșorat numărul instituţiilor cu funcţii de control, a fost reformat sistemul controalelor de stat și a fost simplificată procedura de prezentare a rapoartelor de către agenţii economici. De asemenea, urmează să fie realizată reforma privind reducerea presiunii și abuzurilor organelor de drept asupra mediului de afaceri. „Sarcina autorităților este să identifice problemele mediului de afaceri, să distrugă barierele existente”, a comunicat Premierul. Vicepremierul Republicii Belarus, Mihail Rusîi, a spus că un scop comun al Guvernelor de la Chișinău și Minsk este majorarea volumul schimburilor comerciale dintre cele două țări. „Aceasta înseamnă noi locuri de muncă și încasări mai mari la bugetele de stat pentru solu’ionarea problemelor de ordin social. Vedem un partener de încredere în autoritățile de la Chișinău, precum și în mediul de afaceri din Republica Moldova”, a declarat Vicepremierul belarus. Forumul a fost urmat de o serie de întrevederi bilaterale dintre agenții economici din ambele state. În anii 2016-2017, au avut loc şase Forumuri de afaceri moldo-belaruse.
