ВОЗ: Зарплаты врачей можно увеличить даже при скромном бюджете

Зарплата хотя бы в 10 тысяч леев может вернуть врачей, которые оставили молдавские больницы в поисках лучшей жизни. Такие данные обнародовала Всемирная организация здравоохранения. Специалисты ВОЗ уверяют, что повышение оклада даже в наших условиях возможно. Чтобы платить врачам по десять тысяч леев, нужно, чтобы бюджет системы здравоохранения составлял не меньше десяти миллиардов, - говорят представители профильных профсоюзов. На 2015 год запланировано пять миллиардов, которых хватает на повышение зарплат всего на 9%. "Цены на медицинские услуги растут, зарплаты нужно индексировать каждый год, но этого не делается. Дополнительный доход обеспечил бы рост окладов. Но в Молдове зарплаты платят исходя из располагаемых средств, а не согласно реальной стоимости труда", - говорит вице-председатель профсоюза ”Sănătatea” Михаил Дудка. Представители ВОЗ утверждают, что зарплаты врачей можно увеличить даже при скромном бюджете. "Лаборатории есть и в первичной медицине, и в больницах. Если провести реструктуризацию, их можно сделать более эффективными и менее затратными. Так можно сэкономить", - сказала эксперт ВОЗ Анна Немеренко. Преподаватели медицинского университета говорят, что многие студенты готовятся уехать за границу с первого курса. "Есть студенты, которые с самого начала готовятся адаптироваться в другой стране(в США, например, особая система экзаменов). Они, ещё будучи студентами, готовятся самостоятельно, ходят на дополнительные занятия", - отметил проректор медицинского университета Михаил Гаврилюк. Многие будущие медики признают, что не видят будущего в Молдове. "Я бы хотел уехать за границу, где условия лучше. Так я смогу заниматься любимым делом в лучших условиях", - поделился студент медицинского университета Игорь Рогак. "Хочется остаться здесь, но самой после учебы не справиться. Нужна будет помощь родителей, родственников", - рассказала студентка медицинского университета Альбина Кышлару. По данным исследования ВОЗ, 72% врачей отказываются от профессии из-за трудных условий жизни и маленькой зарплаты. 33% медицинских работников недовольны условиями труда.
