Wizz Air deschide o bază operațională pe Aeroportul din Chișinău

Wizz Air, cea mai mare companie aeriană low-cost din Europa Centrală şi de Est şi cel mai mare transportator aerian din România a anunțat lansarea bazei operaționale la Aeroportul Internațional Chișinău, cu o nouă aeronavă A320. Compania va lansa două curse, operate de două ori pe săptămână, spre Berlin Schönefeld și Barcelona. Cu aceste noi destinații, rețeaua Wizz Air din Moldova ajunge la șapte rute spre patru țări. Tarifele încep de la 29,99 euro. WIZZ a început să opereze de la Chișinău în septembrie și a dezvoltat rețeaua de rute cu tarife scăzute din Moldova, oferind mai multe oportunități de transport aerian accesibil. Cu peste 350 mii de locuri la vânzare în 2017, în creștere cu 41% față de anul curent, Chișinău devine a 26-a bază Wizz Air, iar Moldova devine a 14-a țară cu bază WIZZ. Noua bază de la Chișinău reprezintă o investiție de $98 mil. din partea Wizz Air, iar compania va angaja 36 de persoane din Chișinău, care vor activa ca echipaj pentru noua aeronavă. Selecția viitorilor membri de echipaj a început deja, iar compania va organiza zile speciale de recrutare pentru cei interesați de o carieră la înălțime.
