ZAL „Valkaneş”, prin extindere, atrage noi investitori

În componenţa Zonei Antreprenoriatului Liber - Parcul de Producţie „Valkaneş” urmează a fi incluse două terenuri atractive pentru investitori. Proiectul de lege ce prevede extinderea zonei a fost votat în lectură finală în şedinţa Parlamentului din 14 iulie. Astfel, zona va fi completată cu 50,3 ha de teren din municipiul Comrat și cu circa 41,96 ha în orașul Ceadâr-Lunga.   Potrivit Preşedintelui Comisiei economie, buget şi finanţe, Ştefan Creangă, în prezent Zona economică liberă cuprinde două subzone cu o suprafaţă de 107,2 ha, toate fiind situate în oraşul Vulcăneşti. În zona liberă sunt înregistraţi 24 de rezidenţi, iar numărul angajaţilor este de circa 400 de persoane. Volumul total al investiţiilor pe parcursul întregii activităţi a constituit $16 mil. Volumul vânzărilor nete ale producţiei industriale în anul 2016 a constituit 303,5 mil.lei Preşedintele Comisiei a mai anunţat că deja sunt investitori cu proiecte reale în teritoriile ce urmează a fi anexate la zonă. O comapnie multinaţională ce activează în domeniul cablajelor pentru industria automotivă şi constructoare de maşini şi-a exprimat intenţia fermă de a deschide pe teritoriul subzonei din mun. Comrat o producţie industrială la scară largă, a menţionat Preşedintele Comisiei. Principalul avantaj al terenurilor ce urmează a fi incluse este proximitatea punctelor de conectare la infrastructura de bază, ambele zone de teren fiind situate în zona industrială, unde anterior au funcţionat întreprinderi mari ce au fost conectate la infrastructura necesară. Potrivit autorilor, în cazul includerii teritoriilor vizate în componenţa zonei, există deja câţiva potenţiali investitori cu proiecte investiţionale reale, a mai specificat deputatul. Autorii poiectului, originari din Găgăuzia, ulterior, în cadrul unei declaraţii de presă, au mulţumim Parlamentului pentru susţinerea proiectului, menţionând importanţa iniţiativei pentru dezvoltarea economică a regiunii. Menţionăm că acest proiect a primit avizul pozitiv din partea Guvernului.
