Заявки на участие во второй фазе программы грантов проекта «Конкурентоспособное сельское хозяйство Молдовы» (MAC-P) начнут принимать в ноябре

Об этом сообщил глава Агентства по интервенциям и платежам в сельском хозяйстве (AIPA) Николай Чубук. Он отметил, что всего дополнительная поддержка в рамках второго этапа проекта МАС-Р составляет $10 млн и выделена Всемирным банком. Гранты будут выдаваться на «Упрощение доступа к рынкам сбыта» и «Устойчивое управление землями». Финансирование смогут получить группы сельхозпроизводителей (не менее 5 аграриев в группе). Размер гранта будет составлять 50% от суммы инвестиций, но не более $350 тыс. При этом, гранты можно взять несколько раз, но общая сумма полученных средств не должна превышать $350 тыс. Также аграрии смогут получить до $20 тыс. на приобретение сельхозоборудования. Как отметил Николай Чубук, первый этап конкурса заявок будет организован уже в ноябре и продлится 2 недели, после чего эксперты AIPA проверят каждое заявление и примут решение по утверждению финансирования. После состоится второй этап конкурса заявок. Программа продлится 2 года. Николай Чубук сообщил, что в настоящее время завершается подготовка последних документов, необходимых для запуска второй фазы МАС-Р. Проект «Конкурентоспособное сельское хозяйство Молдовы» был запущен в июне 2013 г. Его общий первоначальный бюджет с учетом взноса правительства Молдовы составлял $27 млн, из них $18 млн - кредит Международной ассоциации развития, $4,4 млн - грант Глобального экологического фонда, $2,8 млн - грант правительства Швеции.
