ZEL Bălți caută un credit de 350 de mii de euro pentru construcția rețelelor electrice

Zona Economică Liberă ”Bălți” a lansat către instituţile financiare/creditare pentru dezvoltare din Republica Moldova o solicitare de ofertă cu privire la deschiderea unei linii de creditare. Creditul cu o valoare de 250-350 de mii de eur va fi folosit pentru construcția rețelelor electrice. ZEL „Bălți” solicită creditul pentru o perioadă de la cinci la zece ani, iar creditul urmează a fi acordat în moneda euro. Deocamdată nu este stabilit agentul economic care urmează să execute lucrările. ZEL Bălți a solicitat astăzi, 11 iulie, și oferte pentru lucrări de proiectare și construcție a rețelei de distribuție a energiei electrice. Termenul limită de recepționare a ofertelor este de 22 iulie, astfel nici două săptămâni agenții economici nu vor avea la dispoziție pentru a crea și prezenta ofertele. La concurs sunt invitate companiile de contrucție de a depune oferta de preț. Ofertele prezentate vor fi valabile până la data de 31 august a anului curent. Deși creditul este solicitat în euro, prețul urmează a fi specificat în monedă națională. De atenționat că la oferta de bază nu sunt acceptate alternative. Agentul Economic trebuie să asigure o garanție a lucrărilor pentru o perioadă de doi ani, iar garanția de bună execuție, conform solicitării ZEL Bălți, urmează a fi de 5 la sută. Lucrările urmează a fi realizate într-o perioadă de 90 de zile. Materialele utilizate urmează a fi doar din Uniunea Europeană. Cerințele tehnice:
  1. Oferta va include:
    • lucrări de proiectare, coordonare și avizare cu instituțiile abilitate
    • lucrările de trasare a cablului electric prin metodă subterană, traversări cu străpungere sub calea ferată (1), sub drum rutier (3), construcția a 2 linii a câte 5 MW fiecare;
    • lucrări de construcție și amenajare a punctului de distribuție cu 8-10 celule de ieșire;
  3. Lungimea traseului – circa 1500 m (începutul traseului stație 110/10 KW, sfârșitul traseului punctul de distribuție amenajat în cadrul lucrărilor, capacitate 10 KW)
