ЖДМ объявила тендер на покупу 12-15 новых грузовых локомотивов

Речь идет о модернизации инфраструктуры госпредприятия «Железная дорога Молдовы» в рамках проекта, финансируемого Европейским банком реконструкции и развития, Европейским инвестиционным банком и Евросоюзом. Впервые в Молдове, для исключения человеческого фактора при принятии решений, аукцион пройдет исключительно в электронном формате. Программа была разработана европейскими IT-специалистами и призвана создать оптимальные условия для прозрачного и объективного проведения тендера. Для реализации проекта по модернизации сети железных дорог Молдовы и покупки новых локомотивов ЕИБ выделит Молдове кредит в сумме 50 млн евро, а ЕБРР - 52,5 млн евро. Евросоюз предоставит грант в 5 млн евро. В рамках проекта по модернизации железнодорожной инфраструктуры Молдовы планируется приобрести 12-15 дизельных локомотивов, которые могут быть использованы как для перевозки пассажиров, так и грузов. Кроме того, намечено восстановить железнодорожную инфраструктуру и отремонтировать главные участки железной дороги. Восстановительные работы будут проведены на основе технико-экономического обоснования, а приоритетными будут главные коридоры страны: Бендеры-Кишинев-Унгены-Бельцы-Окница и Бендеры-Басарабяска-Этулия-Джурджулешты. В рамках проекта власти Молдовы намерены создать эффективную систему железнодорожного транспорта, которая будет отвечать потребностям граждан, а также облегчит торговлю на внутреннем и внешнем рынках и международный транзит товаров железнодорожным путем. Поддержка железнодорожного сектора позволит повысить безопасность пассажиров и скорость поездов, сократить эксплуатационные расходы и затраты на инфраструктуру, что приведет к улучшению финансового положения национальной железнодорожной компании Молдовы – ГП «Железная дорога Молдовы», которая является окончательным получателем кредита ЕИБ. Проект состоит из двух компонентов: приобретение магистральных локомотивов и восстановление отдельных участков железнодорожной инфраструктуры. Новые локомотивы заменят устаревшие тепловозы, а восстановление железнодорожной инфраструктуры будет осуществляться на участках, где ремонт железнодорожного полотна уже давно назрел.
