Железнодорожная инфраструктура будет модернизирована

Парламент ратифицировал сегодня во втором чтении Соглашение между Республикой Молдова и ЕБРР о займе на восстановление железнодорожной инфраструктуры и закупке новых локомотивов, сообщает Noi.md Документ предусматривает предоставление Европейским банком реконструкции и развития займа в размере 52,5 млн евро. Средства будут направлены на восстановление железнодорожной инфраструктуры, а также на покупку 10 новых многофункциональных локомотивов. «В области железнодорожной инфраструктуры и подвижного состава существует серьезный дефицит. Самые новые наши локомотивы выпущены в 1985 году, а их срок эксплуатации – не более 20 лет. Необходимость займа продиктована положением, в котором находится железнодорожная инфраструктура. Этот проект необходим», – уточнил заместитель министра транспорта и дорожной инфраструктуры Владимир Чеботарь. ЕБРР предоставит кредит в два транша. Первый, в размере 25 млн евро, поступит для приобретения 10 новых локомотивов, а 27,5 млн евро второго транша будут использованы для восстановления железнодорожной инфраструктуры. Помимо этого, в рамках проекта, из собственных фондов ЕБРР будет предоставлена безвозмездная помощь в размере 1,75 млн евро. Кредит будет выдан на 15 лет, с отсрочкой на три года, а ставка по кредиту составит 2% годовых. Европейский Союз финансирует покупку локомотивов грантом в размере 5 млн евро, предоставленным через Инвестиционный фонд соседства. Всего на осуществление проекта по модернизации железнодорожной инфраструктуры и закупку локомотивов и вагонов Молдова получит от ЕБРР, Европейского фонда инвестиций и ЕС 116,75 млн евро.
