Zolotoi Aist, în proces de insolvabilitate

Curtea de Apel Comrat a admis cererea de intentare a procesului de insolvabilitate în privința întreprinderii Zolotoi Aist, care este unul din cei mai mari producători de divin din țară, cu o tradiție de aproape 20 de ani. AGEPI a aplicat sechestrul asupra obiectelor de proprietate intelectuală, înregistrate pe numele întreprinderii ÎCS Zolotoi Aist SRL pentru a executa Încheierea Curţii de Apel Comrat din 20 mai 2017 privind admiterea spre examinare a cererii introductive privind intentarea procesului de insolvabilitate şi aplicarea sechestrului pe bunurile debitorului ÎCS Zolotoi Aist SRL. Astfel, AGEPI a aplicat sechestrul asupra 10 mărci naționale, o marcă internațională, desenele industriale și a cererilor de înregistrare a două mărci. Pe perioada aplicării sechestrului, se sistează orice procedură legală ce ţine de statutul juridic al obiectelor sus menționate, inclusiv transmiterea drepturilor asupra acestora. Potrivit datelor Biroului Național de Statistică, în anul 2012 compania Zolotoi Aist din Taraclia era în top-3 cele mai mari companii din domeniul băuturilor alcoolice din R. Moldova. Construcția Fabricii de vinuri și divinuri Zolotoi Aist a început în 1997, fiind instalat cel mai modern echipament din acea perioadă care provenea din R. Moldova și Bulgaria. Producerea băuturilor alcoolice a început în 1999. Întreprinderea exportă produsele sale în 14 țări și a produs aproximativ 80 mii de decalitri de produse alcoolice în 2016. În plus, Zolotoi Aist SRL depozitează anual, pe termen lung, circa 30 mii de decalitri de divin.
