Rezultatele activității Centrului Unic de Apel al SFS

Unul dintre obiectivele strategice ale Serviciului Fiscal de Stat este să fie mereu în serviciul contribuabililor, iar domeniul tehnologiilor informaționale constituie un fundament al strategiei sale de funcționare. Odată cu dezvoltarea tehnologiilor informaționale au crescut necesitățile societății de a primi servicii în mod rapid, accesibil și calitativ. În acest scop, Serviciul Fiscal de Stat a creat un Centru unic de apel, cu nr. 0 8000 15 25. La acest număr de telefon contribuabilii primesc consultații gratuite ce țin de legislația fiscală si instrucțiuni de utilizare a serviciilor fiscale electronice. Potrivit unei statistici ce vizează evidența acestui serviciu, pe parcursul lunii ianuarie curent, operatorii au recepționat 14466 de apeluri telefonice, efectuând altele 1393 - de ieșire către contribuabili. Dintre acestea 1722 au ținut de legislația fiscala, restul fiind asistență tehnică în utilizarea serviciilor fiscale electronice. NOTĂ: Centrul unic de apel a fost creat în anul 2014, iar actualmente în această structură activează peste 20 de operatori, iar în perioada anului trecut, la serviciul de asistență au sunat 120 000 de persoane.
