Изменение ставок сбора за пользование автомобильными дорогами автомобилями с превышением максимально допустимых общей массы и весовых нагрузок на ось
22 апреля 2025 года в Официальном мониторе Республики Молдова был опубликован Закон № 65 от 27.03.2025 г. о внесении изменений в приложение 3 к разделу IX Налогового кодекса № 1163/1997 (далее — Закон). В соответствии с положениями Закона, некоторые ставки сбора за пользование автомобильными дорогами автомобилями с превышением допустимых общей массы, весовой нагрузки на ось или габаритных параметров изменяются путем возврата к размеру тех ставок, которые применялись ранее, то есть до 01.01.2025 г. Таким образом, сбор за пользование автомобильными дорогами автомобилями с превышением допустимой весовой нагрузки на ось составляет: - до 2 тонн включительно – 3 леев за каждую тонну превышения x км; - свыше 2 тонн – 6 леев за каждую тонну превышения x км.
