Процентная ставка по новым кредитам в леях в мае 2016 г. составила в среднем 15,23%

Средневзвешенная процентная ставка по новым кредитам в леях в мае 2016 г. составила 15,23%, уменьшившись на 0,44 п.п. в сравнении с предыдущим месяцем. В то же время, по сравнению с маем прошлого года, она выросла на 1,38 процентного пункта. Как отмечают в НБМ, кредиты, выданные на срок от 2-х до 5-ти лет, остаются наиболее привлекательными и востребованными. Их доля в мае 2016 г. составила 40,4% от общего объема кредитов в национальной валюте против 42,3% месяцем ранее. Они выдавались по средней ставке в 14,8%, что на 0,37 п.п. ниже показателя предыдущего месяца. Наибольшая часть вновь выданных кредитов в национальной валюте в мае 2016 г. была представлена кредитами, выданными юридическим лицам по средней процентной ставке в 15,02% (15,51% месяцем ранее), которые составили 70,4% от общего объема кредитов в леях. В то же время средняя процентная ставка по кредитам в леях, выданным физическим лицам, составила 15,73% (месяцем ранее – 16,05%).
