Contribuabilul „X”, înregistrând restanţe faţă de bugetul public naţional, a depus cerere la organul fiscal privind modificarea termenului de stingere a obligaţiei fiscale prin eşalonare. În scopul asigurării stingerii acesteia, contribuabilul a propus în gaj organului fiscal un bun mobil care îi aparţine cu drept de proprietate, precum şi un bun imobil ce aparţine cu drept de proprietate entităţii „Y”.
