Legea privind piața instrumentelor financiare: părțile interesate pot transmite propuneri
Comisia Națională a Pieței Financiare (CNPF) anunță inițierea procesului de elaborare a proiectului de Lege privind piața instrumentelor financiare.
După cum precizează CNPF, inițierea proiectului respectiv derivă din angajamentele asumate de Republica Moldova de a întreprinde măsurile de transpunere și aliniere a legislației naționale la acquis-ul UE. Astfel, în scopul eficientizării procesului de elaborare a proiectului menționat, părțile interesate sunt invitate să transmită propuneri și sugestii până pe 31 octombrie 2025, la adresa poștală: bd. Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt nr. 77, MD-2012, mun. Chișinău sau la adresa de e-mail: office@cnpf.md.
