Punerea în circulaţie a tichetelor de masă

Suntem interesați sa acordăm tichete de masă angajaților noștri începând cu luna decembrie 2017. Există deja operatori autorizați? Cum trebuie să procedez? Legea cu privire la tichetele de masă nu prevede o data expresă de intrare în vigoare, rezultă că Legea cu privire la tichetele de masă a intrat în vigoare la data publicării în Monitorul Oficial – 20 octombrie 2017. Cu toate acestea, pentru implementarea efectivă a Legii mai trebuie definitivat cadrul de reglementare și stabilit un mecanism clar de emitere și circulație a tichetelor de masă, precum și de autorizare a emitenților de carduri. În acest sens este necesar să fie realizate următoarele acțiuni: — aprobarea modificărilor la Legea nr. 451/2001 privind reglementarea activității de întreprinzător, prin care să fie stabilit care autoritate și în baza căror criterii va autoriza operatorii economici - emitenții de tichete de masă — aprobarea de către Guvern a condițiilor și procedurilor de emitere și circulație a tichetelor de masă. În prezent proiectele documentelor menționate mai sus sunt în proces de elaborare . Grupul de lucru creat în acest scop depune eforturi susținute să finalizeze lucrările și să prezinte proiectul final pentru discuție în lunile imediat următoare. Prin urmare, în prezent nu există un cadru de reglementare definitivat și aprobat de Guvern cu privire la condițiile și procedurile de emitere și circulație a tichetelor de masă, nici cu privire la autorizarea operatorilor - emitenților de tichete de masă. Angajatorii interesați să acorde tichete de masă angajaților vor putea să facă acest lucru abia în anul 2018, doar după definitivarea cadrului de reglementare și autorizarea primilor operatori.
