Tichetele de masă vor fi oferite ca supliment la salariu

Proiectul cu privire la tichetele de masă a fost votat în lectură finală. Reamintim că valoarea nominală a unui tichet de masă pentru o zi lucrătoare va constitui 45 de lei, suma fiind deductibilă pentru angajatorii care le vor oferi. Potrivit proiectului, valoarea tichetului de masă se va indexa anual, proporţional cu rata inflaţiei stabilită pe ţară pentru lunile ianuarie-decembrie din anul precedent. În conformitate cu Nota informativă la proiectul de lege, tichetele de masă sunt instrumente de politică socială folosite de către companii pentru a oferi beneficii extra salariale angajaţilor lor, a menţionat vice-preşedinta Comisiei protecţie socială, sănătate şi familie, Valentina Stratan, care este şi unul din autori. În acelaşi timp, menţionăm că acordarea tichetelor de masă de către angajattori este facultativă. Tichetele de masă vor fi acordate doar pentru zilele lucrate efectiv pe parcursul lunii, iar salariatul nu va primi tichete pentru zilele în care a fost în concediu anual sau medical şi pentru zilele în care s-a aflat în deplasare de serviciu. Proiectul prevede că tichetele de masă sunt destinate doar pentru a fi folosite în cantine, cafenele sau pentru procurarea produselor alimentare în unitățile comerciale și de alimentație publică şi este interzis schimbul tichetelor de masă contra bani. De asemenea, este interzisă diminuarea salariului în cazul oferirii tichetelor. Sitemul funcționează destul de simplu. Tichetele pot fi atât în formă electronică, cât și pe purtători de hârtie cu anumite semne distinctive și de protecție. Întregul sistem presupune 4 jucători: operatorul sistemelor de masă, angajatorii, angajații – beneficiarii și societățile de alimentare publică – cantinele și restaurantele, declara Preşedintele Parlamentului, Andrian Candu la dezbaterea proiectului în prima lectură.
