Acţiune pentru combaterea comerțului ilicit în piețele din municipiul Chișinău
- 24 de cazuri de neutilizare a maşinilor de casă şi control existente la efectuarea decontărilor în numerar, încălcându-se prevederile art. 8, alin 2, lit. c) din Codul Fiscal;
- 7 cazuri de neprezentare a documentelor de provenienţă a mărfurilor supuse spre comercializare, încălcându-se prevederile art. 8, alin 2, lit. f) din Codul Fiscal;
- 1 caz de păstrare și comercializare a băuturilor alcoolice pasibile marcării cu timbre de acciz, care erau marcate cu timbre de acciz cu semnalmente de falsificare. În dependență de rezultatele expertizei tehnico-științifice, vor fi aplicate măsurile prevăzute de legislație;
- 35 de cazuri de desfăşurare a activităţii de întreprinzător fără înregistrare la Camera Înregistrării de Stat, ca urmare fiind întocmite 35 de procese-verbale, conform art. 263 alin. (1) din Codul contravenţional al RM.
