Agenții economici din agricultură – în vizorul IFS Cantemir

În perioada 16 -27 noiembrie 2015, funcţionarii fiscali din cadrul IFS Cantemir au operat un şir de acţiuni orientate spre verificarea contribuabililor care desfăşoară activităţi de comerţ şi prestează servicii. Aceste activități au avut drept scop de a identifica contribuabilii ce nu-şi onorează obligaţiunile faţă de stat şi de a-i determina să se conformeze voluntar. În acest sens s-au efectuat:
  • 5 controale operative, în urma cărora au fost calculate amenzi fiscale, în mărime de 22,00 mii lei, și amenzi administrative, de 3,00 mii lei;
  • s-au realizat controale totale la trei agenți economici ce desfăşoară activitate economică în domeniul agriculturii, fiind depistate mai multe încălcări și, deci, au fost calculate impozite și taxe în sumă de 65,00 mii lei.
Declanșarea executării silite a obligațiilor fiscale se efectuează în strictă conformitate cu prevederile art. 193 din Codul fiscal. Astfel, IFS Cantemir a acumulat la buget, prin metode de încasare forțată, impozite, taxe și alte obligații fiscale în valoare totală de 295.9 mii lei, inclusiv:
  1. Încasat prin ordine incaso – 91,2 mii lei;
  2. Ridicat numerar din casieriile restanțierilor – 14.1 mii lei;
  3. Au fost blocate conturile la 13 agenți economici;
  4. A fost aplicat sechestru, în valoare de 45,50 mii lei.
