Analiza riscurilor fiscale. Practici noi

Un grup de angajați din cadrul Serviciului Fiscal de Stat, în frunte cu directorul-adjunct al SFS, Iurii Lichii, a participat la un atelier de lucru organizat de Comisia Europeană, în particular de Igoris Krzeckovskis. Evenimentul a avut loc la finele săptămânii trecute și a durat două zile, la el participând angajați ai SFS, Serviciului Vamal, Ministerului Afacerilor Interne, Procuraturii Generale, Inspectoratului General de Poliţie. În cadrul atelierului cei prezenți au avut posibilitatea de a face schimb de experiență în partea ce vizează analiza riscurilor fiscale, discutând despre vulnerabilitatea și predispunerea schemelor de evaziune fiscală, care afectează vădit stabilitatea financiară a ţării. Grație atelierului de lucru, funcționarii fiscali au beneficiat de oportunitatea de a cunoaște practica europeană în domeniul analizei şi dezvoltării unui sistem de analiză a riscurilor fiscale pentru a identifica, detecta și preveni încălcările și infracțiunile fiscale, precum și a face schimb de experiență cu reprezentanții organelor de drept din Moldova. Conlucrarea eficientă a organelor cu atribuții de control și investigare a fraudelor fiscale constituie punctul forte în diminuarea fenomenului evaziunii fiscale. Serviciul Fiscal de Stat se axează în mod special pe crearea unor mecanisme de conlucrare și schimb de informații cu organele de drept, în scopul de a depista operativ și de a contracara schemele de evaziune fiscală. În acest scop, la finele evenimentului, reprezentanții instituțiilor participante au semnat acorduri de colaborare și schimb de informații. Această practică urmează a fi dezvoltată, inclusiv prin participarea la ateliere de lucru comune, astfel încât interacțiunea dintre organele de drept şi control să devină mai operativă şi mai mobilă.
