Ce domenii de activitate vor fi supuse controalelor fiscale în luna decembrie

Serviciul Fiscal de Stat anunță agenții economici despre faptul că, pe parcursul lunii decembrie 2019, aceștia vor fi supuși verificărilor (controale fiscale prin metoda verificării operative). Verificărilor vor fi supuse următoarele genuri de activitate: – prestarea serviciilor de transport auto de pasageri, inclusiv în trafic național în regim de taxi, pe rute urbane/interurbane și în trafic internațional; – prestarea serviciilor de alimentație publică; – desfășurarea comerțului electronic; – prestarea serviciilor de schimb valutar. Scopul acestor acțiuni este sporirea nivelului de informare și conformare a contribuabililor, combaterea fenomenului de neutilizare a echipamentelor de casă și de control la efectuarea decontărilor în numerar și a altor încălcări ale legislației în vigoare. Totodată, SFS va efectua controale fiscale în temeiul petițiilor, sesizărilor, reclamațiilor, informațiilor din mijloacele de informare în masă etc. la contribuabilii activitatea cărora întrunește riscuri de neconformare fiscală. Serviciul Fiscal de Stat îndeamnă contribuabilii din toate domeniile de activitate să respecte cerințele legislației naționale.
