Comunicat privind cuantumul ratei dobânzii pentru aprecierea facilităților fiscale

În legătură cu modificarea interfeței paginii web a Băncii Naționale din Moldova şi a multiplilor solicitări din partea contribuabililor cu privire la cuantumul ratei dobânzii aplicată la operațiunile de politică monetară pe termen scurt şi creditelor pe termen lung, Inspectoratul Fiscal Principal de Stat comunică următoarele. În scopul estimării valorii facilității fiscale stabilite la art. 19 lit. d) din Codul fiscal se utilizează rata de bază (rotunjită până la următorul procent întreg) stabilită de Banca Națională a Moldovei în luna noiembrie a anului precedent anului fiscal de gestiune (rata dobânzii aplicată la operațiunile de politică monetară pe termen scurt – pentru împrumuturile acordate pe un termen de până la 5 ani; rata dobânzii la creditele pe termen lung – pentru împrumuturile acordate pe un termen mai mare de 5 ani) şi rata dobânzii calculată pentru împrumuturile acordate de către angajator salariatului, în funcţie de termenul lor de acordare; Pentru determinarea valorii facilității fiscale stabilite la art. 19 lit. d) din Codul fiscal pentru perioada fiscală 2015 se vor utiliza ratele de bază stabilite de BNM:
  • pentru creditele acordate pe termen scurt - rata de bază în mărime de 4,0 la sută anual (3,5 stabilit de BNM și rotunjită până la următorul procent întreg), stabilită prin Hotărârea Băncii Naționale a Moldovei nr.243 din 27.11.2014 (Monitorul Oficial nr.358-363/1773 din 04.12.2014 );
  • pentru creditele acordate pe termen lung - rata de bază în mărime de 4,0 la sută anual, stabilită prin Hotărârea Băncii Naționale a Moldovei nr. 219 din 20.10.2014 (Monitorul Oficial nr.333-338/1576 din 07.11.2014)
