Controale în perimetrul raionului Ungheni realizate de grupul operativ al SFS
- Practicarea activității de comerț și prestări servicii în baza patentei de întreprinzător;
- Modalitatea aplicării mașinilor de casă și control cu memorie fiscală;
- Deținerea autorizațiilor de funcționare și a altor documente ce permit desfășurarea unor genuri de activitate anumite;
- Deținerea documentelor de proveniență a mărfii comercializate;
- Veridicitatea timbrelor de accize aplicate pe mărfurile pasibile marcării cu acestea;
- Alte aspecte ce țin de activitatea contribuabililor.
- Nerespectarea regulilor de efectuare a decontărilor băneşti în numerar cu utilizarea maşinii de casă şi control – 33 cazuri;
- Lipsa documentelor de provenienţă a mărfurilor comercializate – 15 cazuri;
- Neînregistrarea subdiviziunilor întreprinderii în modul stabilit de legislație – 1 caz;
- Practicarea activității de întreprinzător fără a fi înregistrat sub forma organizatorico-juridică necesară (activitate ilicită de întreprinzător) – 4 cazuri.
