Controale în perimetrul raionului Ungheni realizate de grupul operativ al SFS

În vederea continuității acțiunilor întreprinse de grupul operativ creat în cadrul SFS, întru conformarea contribuabililor, dar și evidențierea domeniilor problematice în activitatea IFS teritoriale, au fost efectuate controale fiscale operative în perimetrul raionului Ungheni. Acțiunile respective au menirea de aducere în cadrul legal a contribuabililor din teritoriu, dar și de sporire a gradului de disciplină a IFS teritoriale în vederea exercitării atribuțiilor ce le revin, în special la efectuarea controalelor fiscale operative. Astfel, pe 20.05.2015, au fost efectuate verificări operative la contribuabilii ce desfășoară activitate de întreprinzător în raza raionului Ungheni. Drept rezultat al inspecției efectuate, au fost verificate mai multe aspecte ce țin legalitatea activității, printre care:
  • Practicarea activității de comerț și prestări servicii în baza patentei de întreprinzător;
  • Modalitatea aplicării mașinilor de casă și control cu memorie fiscală;
  • Deținerea autorizațiilor de funcționare și a altor documente ce permit desfășurarea unor genuri de activitate anumite;
  • Deținerea documentelor de proveniență a mărfii comercializate;
  • Veridicitatea timbrelor de accize aplicate pe mărfurile pasibile marcării cu acestea;
  • Alte aspecte ce țin de activitatea contribuabililor.
Drept urmare, au fost stabilite următoarele încălcări:
  • Nerespectarea regulilor de efectuare a decontărilor băneşti în numerar cu utilizarea maşinii de casă şi control – 33 cazuri;
  • Lipsa documentelor de provenienţă a mărfurilor comercializate – 15 cazuri;
  • Neînregistrarea subdiviziunilor întreprinderii în modul stabilit de legislație – 1 caz;
  • Practicarea activității de întreprinzător fără a fi înregistrat sub forma organizatorico-juridică necesară (activitate ilicită de întreprinzător) – 4 cazuri.
Astfel, în rezultatul încălcărilor stabilite urmează a fi aplicate sancțiuni în sumă totală de 293 mii lei. Serviciul Fiscal de Stat va asigura continuitatea acțiunilor de control și în alte unități administrativ-teritoriale, întru conformarea la cadrul legal a tuturor contribuabililor per ansamblu.
