Cursuri de educare fiscală în instituțiile de învățământ superior

Serviciul Fiscal de Stat a demarat o campanie de cursuri de educare fiscală în instituțiile de învățământ superior. Începând cu săptămâna aceasta, funcționarii fiscali au fost prezenți în 6 instituții de învățământ superior. Aceștia au prezentat în fața studenților ore de educație fiscală la subiectul ,,Activitate de minimizare a practicii de achitare a salariilor în plic și contracararea muncii la negru”. Astăzi, 17 martie 2017, angajați ai Fiscului au ținut discursuri la Universitatea Academiei de Științe a Moldovei. În cadrul orei de instruire angajații fiscali au adus la cunoștință tineretului studios efectul negativ pe care îl are fenomenul ,,salariului în plic” și ,,muncii la negru”, reiterând că economia tenebră subminează finanțarea sistemelor de securitate socială, împiedică desfășurarea politicilor economice coerente și poate conduce la distorsionarea echității sociale. Salariul achitat neoficial, au subliniat inspectorii, afectează atât economia, cât și societatea în ansamblu și are efecte nefaste atât pentru angajat, cât și pentru angajator. Studenții au avut posibilitatea să afle mai multe despre riscurile la care este expusă fiecare persoană care primește salariu „în plic” și desfășoară „munca la negru”. Audiența a interacționat activ, adresând întrebări la temă. Reamintim: campania de educare a tinerei generații la conformarea voluntară a obligației de achitare a taxelor și impozitelor a fost lansată de Inspectoratul Fiscal Principal de Stat cu suportul Agenției Fiscale Suedeze. Până la moment, 42 de inspectori fiscali care au pregătirea corespunzătoare au moderat peste 500 de ore în instituțiile de învățământ preuniversitar, iar până la finele anului de învățământ 2016-2017 în orarul de studii sunt incluse și toate instituțiile de învățământ superior din țară.
