Discuții cu plătitorii TVA la IFS Taraclia

Joi, 28 noiembrie 2013, IFS pe raionul Taraclia a organizat un seminar cu contribuabilii - plătitori TVA din teritoriu, cu genericul „Modul de prezentare a informaţiei despre facturile fiscale pasibile înregistrării în Registrul general electronic al facturilor fiscale”. În cadrul seminarului au fost abordate subiecte ce vizează modalitatea de eliberare de către Serviciul Fiscal de Stat a documentelor primare cu regim special, înregistrarea obligatorie a facturilor fiscale în registrul electronic al facturilor fiscale RGEFF, trecerea în cont a sumei TVA, regimul fiscal aplicat organizaţiilor necomerciale aferent impozitului pe venit, privind impozitarea indirectă şi taxele locale precum și unele aspecte ce ţin de conformarea benevolă a contribuabililor. Tot în cadrul seminarului s-a atras atenția asupra celor mai frecvente erori ale legislației fiscale constatate în timpul controalelor fiscale, consecințele și sancțiunile pe care le conduc. Pe final, șeful IFS Taraclia, Albina Casapova a specificat că Inspectoratul Fiscal nu este o instituție punitivă, ci una care vine în ajutorul contribuabililor, în aplicarea prevederilor legislaţiei fiscale, astfel încât să-şi onoreze în mod voluntar şi deplin obligaţiile fiscale. Deoarece se apropie sfârșitul anului, șeful Inspectoratului a rugat contabilii să revizuiască activitățile desfășurate, cu corectarea greșelilor comise, și să prezinte la timp rapoartele fiscale pe ultimul trimestru al anului 2013, îndemnând participanții la conformare benevolă la onorarea obligațiilor fiscale.
