Executarea silită a obligațiilor fiscale – prioritate a lunii octombrie pentru DAF Ciocana

Direcția Administrare Fiscală Ciocana a IFS mun. Chișinău a stabilit ca obiectiv primar pentru luna curentă, reducerea restanțelor față de bugetul public național prin aplicarea pârghiilor de încasare forțată a obligațiilor fiscale. În această ordine de idei, în prima jumătate a lunii au fost încasate la buget peste 484 mii lei, inclusiv 136 mii lei drept rezultat al trei ședințe de lucru organizate de comun cu reprezentanți ai CTAS sec. Ciocana și Preturii din sector, la care au fost audiați contribuabilii restanțieri. Mijloacele bănești încasate de la conturile bancare au constituit 311 mii lei, iar ca urmare a vizitelor funcționarului fiscal în locurile și localurile în care contribuabilul păstrează numerarul, precum și rețeaua lui comercială, a fost încasată suma de peste 37 mii lei. De asemenea, a fost inițiată procedura de urmărire a datoriei debitoare a contribuabililor restanțieri în sumă de peste 121 mii lei, conform prevederilor art. 205 din Codul Fiscal. Pentru urmărirea datoriei debitoare contribuabilii au prezentat organului fiscal lista debitorilor, semnată de persoana cu funcție de răspundere. Avându-se în vedere că începând cu anul 2016 cuantumul majorării de întârziere, care se determină anual conform prevederilor art. 228 din Codul fiscal, s-a majorat mai mult de 2 ori comparativ cu perioadele anterioare, DAF Ciocana îndeamnă toți contribuabilii, pentru a evita cheltuielile adiționale (majorare de întârziere și/sau cheltuieli privind executarea silită) să achite obligațiile fiscale integral în termenele prevăzute de legislație. Ultimul termen de achitare a obligațiilor fiscale în luna octombrie, este data de 25.
