Expiră termenul limită de achitare a impozitului pe avere pentru anul 2020

Serviciul Fiscal de Stat reiterează: termenul limită pentru achitarea impozitului pe avere în acest an este data de 28 decembrie 2020, ținând cont de faptul că ziua de 25 decembrie este zi de odihnă.
    Menționăm, subiecți ai impozitul pe avere sunt persoanele fizice care dețin bunuri imobiliare cu destinație locativă şi căsuțe de vacanță (cu excepția terenurilor) a căror totalitate întruneşte cumulativ următoarele condiții:
  • valoarea estimată totală constituie 1,5 mil. lei şi mai mult și
  • suprafața totală constituie 120 m2 şi mai mult.
 
    Contribuabilii care au fost identificați la situația din 1 noiembrie 2020 în calitate de subiecți ai impunerii cu impozitul pe avere au fost informați prin intermediul avizelor de plată despre suma impozitului ce urmează a fi achitată.
      Serviciul Fiscal de Stat îndeamnă contribuabilii să achite la buget suma impozitului pe avere până la 28 decembrie 2020.
 
      Reiterăm, impozitul pe avere poate fi achitat și on-line, prin intermediul serviciului guvernamental de plăți electronice Mpay (aici).
     În cazul în care impozitul pe avere nu va fi achitat în termenii stabiliți, pentru fiecare zi de întârziere se va aplica o penalitate în mărime de 0,0329 % per zi.
